Teachers in Joint School District No. 2, in order to enhance the classroom experience and benefit the students, often purchase extras for their classrooms from their personal funds. Teachers’ pay and state funding per student is being reduced due to the current economic climate. These reductions have omitted many classroom enhancements thus directly impacting our children. THE EDUCATION FOUNDATION JOINT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO 2 is hosting an online auction to help us raise more money for classrooms in the schools of Joint School District No.2, serving students in Meridian, Eagle, Star, and Boise.
